Description

Made of selected wines in a gentle distillation process, this five-star Barrignac matured for five years in 225 litre barrique barrels which had previously been used for storing the finest red wines of the Strauch family winery. In the course of the years the colour shades and bouquet of the wines and the barrels are gently absorbed by the Barrignac, lending it its characteristic red-brown hue, its complexity, warmth and depth.
